Payment and Cancellation Policy

The acceptance of the reservation once formalized implies the acceptance by the CLIENT of this PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY established by “Chapi Taxi”.

In the event that the CLIENT does not finally carry out an activity contracted with “Chapi Taxi”, the following CANCELLATION POLICY will apply:
No charge will be generated to the CLIENT in the event that the cancellation of the scheduled activity is made by Chapi Taxi, regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
Chapi Taxi reserves the right to cancel a reservation at any time without prejudice to the CLIENT.
In the event that the cancellation of the scheduled activity is made by the CLIENT, regardless of the reason for the cancellation, the following shall apply:
A charge will be generated whenever the CLIENT does not reliably inform Chapi Taxi of the cancellation of the scheduled activity 24 hours in advance. It will be allowed to change the date of the activity for another with the same characteristics as the initial ones as long as notice is given more than 24 hours prior to the activity, in this case, the CLIENT may choose the new date of the activity with a minimum of 24 hours notice and depending on availability the change will be made effective, always within the same season in which the purchase was made. In case the CLIENT fails to change the activity (previously notified or without notification) because of not being able to attend the first reservation, no refund or change of dates will be applied.
Chapi Taxi is not responsible for the personal belongings that the CLIENT deposits in the perimeter of its facilities during their stay in the same.
